Accommodation – City of Students Dormitories (Qyteti Studenti), Tirana
All participants will be accommodated at the City of Students Dormitories, a recently renovated residential campus located in the heart of Tirana.
The facilities offer a modern and comfortable living environment, designed to meet the needs of students. Rooms are arranged on a 2-person basis, ensuring appropriate space, privacy, and rest conditions throughout the competition period.

The accommodation is organized within a safe and well-managed campus.
Room Types
Participants will be accommodated in shared rooms organized as follows:
- 2-person rooms
- 4-person units with shared bathroom and shower facilities
All rooms are equipped with bed linen, which will be provided and ready upon arrival. Towels and basic toiletries (including soap) will also be available in each room.
Bed linen is not changed during the stay. Towels may be replaced upon request, but not more frequently than every three days.
Free Wi-Fi is available in all accommodation facilities.
Facilities & Services
Participants will have access to a range of shared amenities, including:
- Fully equipped kitchen areas
- Laundry facilities and ironing rooms
- Study and common areas
- Reliable infrastructure supporting daily comfort and convenience
The campus also integrates energy-efficient solutions, including solar-powered systems, contributing to a more sustainable event environment.
Check-in & Check-out
Upon completion of accreditation, room key cards will be provided, allowing access to the assigned dormitory room. Rooms are available from the official arrival day.
Due to the competition schedule, accommodation is organized in two participant groups:
Group 1 – Taekwondo & Karate
- Check-in: 7 September 2026 (by 10:00 AM)
- Check-out: 12 September 2026 (by 10:00 AM)
Group 2 – Judo & Kickboxing
- Check-in: 12 September 2026 (from 12:00 PM onwards)
- Check-out: 17 September 2026 (by 10:00 AM)
On the day of departure, check-out is required by 10:00 AM. If the actual departure time is later, luggage can be stored at the reception for later pickup. Staff will inspect the room starting at 10:00 AM.
Officials Accommodation
Officials (EUSA representatives, technical delegates, referees, and invited guests) will be accommodated in 4-star hotels located in the city center.
Single rooms will be provided for Heads of Delegations, EUSA representatives, and designated officials.
Catering
Catering for participants will be provided in designated dining areas outside the dormitory facilities. Meals will be organized as follows:
- Breakfast
- Lunch
- Dinner
Note: During competition days, lunch will be provided as packed meals at the competition venues, in order to facilitate the daily schedule of participants.
The catering service will begin with dinner on the arrival day and conclude with breakfast on the departure day. Meals will follow EUSA standards and include options suitable for different dietary needs.
