Participants
Quick Rules for the Opening Ceremony
Bring your Accreditation Card, wear your university outfit, and you may bring your university flag. National, political or cultural flags, symbols or slogans are forbidden — as are loud-music devices and large bags. Meals are provided in lunch boxes at Qyteti Studenti. How the evening unfolds
By 18:00
Teams arrive at the meeting point on Dëshmorët e Kombit Boulevard. Members of the Organising Committee and volunteers will be present to welcome participants and provide assistance and information.

Participants are organised into columns according to their order of arrival, under the coordination of the volunteers.
Procession
The procession is led by volunteers carrying the EUC Tirana 2026 flag. At least one member from each participating university team must be represented.
19:00
Upon entering Italia Square, teams are guided by volunteers to their designated seating areas to watch the Opening Ceremony — speeches and artistic performances.
Partners of EUC Tirana 2026, competition staff, representatives of the EUSA Office, and VIP guests will be seated in the designated audience area during the ceremony.

How the evening unfolds
From 19:00
Teams gather at the entrance of Godina Liria. Members of the Organising Committee and volunteers will be present to welcome participants and provide assistance and information.
Columns
The organisation of the procession is similar to the Opening Ceremony — participants are organised into columns according to their order of arrival, coordinated by the volunteers. At least one member from each participating university team must be represented.
20:00
Upon entering the venue, teams are guided by volunteers to their designated seats in the main stands to watch the Closing Ceremony — speeches and artistic performances.
Dress Code
Official university/team uniform (team jersey or T-shirt) for the entrance procession
IDAccess to the Closing Ceremony venue will only be permitted upon presentation of a valid Accreditation Card — participants must bring it when entering Godina Liria.
Partners of EUC Tirana 2026, competition staff, representatives of the EUSA Office, and VIP guests will be seated in the designated audience area during the Closing Ceremony.
