Registrations are open until 15 July 2026
The registration process runs in three staggered stages, closing on 15 July with the Travel Plan. Deadlines apply per form type — please plan accordingly.
Registration procedure
Participants represent their universities. EUSA's Member Federations submit General Entry Forms at the official registrations portal, defining a contact person to carry out the rest of the procedure — including Quantitative Forms, Travel Plans and Individual Entries.
Not sure whether your federation is a EUSA member? See the list of EUSA Member Federations.
