12 September — the crossover day
Two operations run in parallel on 12 September — Taekwondo and Karate delegations depart, while Judo and Kickboxing delegations arrive.
The Organising Committee operates a 90-minute rotation between Qyteti Studenti and Tirana International Airport throughout the day. Delegations should be prepared for possible waiting times, as transfers are grouped according to flight schedules and operational needs.
